HDR builds forged beadlock wheels for trucks people drive hard. Land Cruisers in the rocks. 4Runners on the rim trails. Tundras hauling the long way around. We started in 2024 after years of bending cast wheels in the high desert and granite of the western US. We wanted lighter, stronger, JDM. No one was making it. So we built it.
Forged Beadlock Wheels
西部設計 / WESTERN DESIGNED / EST. 2024

Each wheel comes off a single press and gets fit to whatever rig you bring it. Most of our team came out of the Toyota world, so the BL79 carries 79 Series fitment in its DNA. The lineup grows from there.
Continuous grain structure. Lighter at the same strength. Resists crack propagation under impact. Less unsprung mass at the corner means faster suspension response, cleaner steering at low speed, and better mileage on the highway.
The difference shows up the first time you air down on a rocky line.
The BL79 holds the bead with grade 12.9 bolts pulled to true clamping force on the tire. Simulated beadlocks on the market are outer rings bolted onto a non-functional bead, fine for the look, not for the rocks. Ours runs flat at single-digit PSI without rolling a tire off the rim. 1,200 kg per-wheel load rating. Covers loaded Land Cruisers, full-build 4Runners, and built Tundras.
